• clean Sports Shoes (no deep tread) for Indoor Training
• Shoes/Boots for Outdoor-Training
• T-shirt(s), Sweater, hoodie, zipper or jacket, trousers etc. for Indoor/Outdoor-Training (for all weather & 3 Days)
• towels (for sweat & shower)
• Required protective clothing: Mouth guards, groin guards, fist guards, shin guards --> if necessary, buy equipment on our website
• optional: drinks/snacks for breaks
• optional: KMG passport (for proof and registration of the seminar)

The event takes place in our training center on 500 square meters and at various locations in Hamburg (indoor/outdoor). In our training center we offer separate changing rooms and showers and a lounge area with fitness drinks and food.
